Yes. It’s one of the most important things you can do. Most builders require your real estate agent to accompany you or register you during your first visit. If you visit without your own representation, you may lose the opportunity to have an agent represent your interests. Contact me before you visit, and I’ll help you compare builders, negotiate incentives, review contracts, and guide you through the entire process at no additional cost to you in most cases.
